PLEASE don't use these wacked out methods~I am rolling on the floor laughing, and HOPE you can see just how silly some people will be in just goofing off.
I do use peroxide and my tooth brush to whiten my teeth. I don't drink coffee or smoke which are huge pluses. I did realize that youthful teeth do make SistaT look a bit younger (I'm told I don't look the zillion years old that I am lol!)
Remember it's just a few weeks until Christmas~keep focused and on budget!
