Be sure and crank up your own with some "goodies" and dinners to double duty the heating!
I like door draft dodgers AND have shades on my windows. The best thing is to have good insulation and then windows and doors. Heavy drapes help as well as heating blankets and heaters in spot areas as overall heat is kept low. You can also vent safely the dryer into the home with a water trapping system. This will keep the lint out of the air, but as the dryer is used it will bring extra heat.
